Personal Health Coach

Rachel, better known as Ms100 Lbs' journey began on January 29, 2017 after years of getting denied opportunities due to her image, as she had topped the scale at 291 lbs. The songstress did not let the negativity deter her, instead using this to fuel her passion. She wanted to live a healthier lifestyle to help increase her onstage performance, reduce stress and more importantly, increase her self-esteem, as she also battled with lymphedema.

After a child at her daughter's school called her "FAT," she vowed to fight for her daughter's happiness! Being there for her daughter became her primary reason as she knew the pain that her daughter endured after such a comment. Her daughter was her "WHY!" She began by changing her diet, watching her caloric intake and exercising twice a day. Within the first month, Rachel had lost almost 20 pounds; she lost a total of 40 pounds by the end of her second month. It was at that point that she set a goal for herself of losing 100 pounds. Rachel has lost 135 lbs. in total and caught the attention of People Magazine, which featured her on their cover as well as in a full-page spread highlighting her journey.

Ready to once again focus on her music career, Rachel released her single, “The Harvest,” as well as an accompanying music video. The Harvest” was the first single from her EP. In the powerful anthem about survival, Rachel declares: “The Harvest has come. I’m gonna fight until it’s won. Cause I am a fighter…I’m a Zoe, where I’m from, we don’t take no Number one, Cause I am a fighter.”   “This song means so much to me! This is my fight song,” states Rachel. “When I wrote this song, it represented the fight in me, the struggles I’ve overcome. This record is for that person fighting an illness, that person chasing their dream, or that person fighting depression. It’s about the fight and knowing that one day, you’ll overcome all obstacles. It’s a reminder that you’ve come too far to give up now. The Harvest has come!”

Rachel will be releasing an upcoming workout album, “My Why;” which will be full of inspirational lyrics with an upbeat tempo.

"We are on this journey together! I’ll be here each time you fall! We got this!"
