Hi, I’m Rachel Saintfort better known as “Ms100 LBS.” I lost a total of 135 lbs, naturally. I lost 100 lbs in 10 months then pushed myself for some extra credit! Not only did I grace the cover of People Magazine, which profiled me along with other women about their magnificent weight loss, but I also appeared on Good Morning America as well as a host of other local and national shows discussing my transformation.
Many ask how did I do it? What changed my mindset? That’s it! Mindset!! It’s starts with the mind. I found “my why” and never stopped fighting for it!
